Since Descartes' “Cogito ergo, sum”, the exploration of the human psyche has never stopped evolving. I think therefore I am… you know that voice that speaks to us even when we are in silence? It is there, therefore we are. 

However, even if this voice has the same timbre, it often offers a wide variety of information, opinions, ideas, concepts, advice, which can be divergent or even contradictory. Would there be multiple voices? Many have explored this inner multitude, through the ego, the id, and the Freudian superego, the Jungian archetypes, through our 3 brains - reptilian, limbic, and cortex (even our 5 brains by adding the heart and the stomach)… and many more! 

Despite these models, the question remains open: what is this multitude that we contain? How not to get lost inside ourselves? Which voice is really ours? And what's the best way to explore this diversity? 

Our approach: play! 

Instead of waging war on this cacophony of the psyche, we invite you to come and dissect and unravel the different facets of your personality. An inner voice that reminds you of your mother? Let's laugh with her! A jealous voice that wants to destroy everything? Let's dance with her! A voice that points the finger, judges, ridicules? Let's sing with her! 

The goal ? Overcome the hubbub of the brain to make room for you! 

Our role will be to guide, support and challenge you, with humor, kindness and curiosity. Through a number of carefully selected modalities, including role playing, somatic coaching, expression through movement, creative writing and meditation, we invite you to journey through your inner realm and explore who you are behind your roles. , beliefs and habits. After this weekend and these different approaches, we hope that you will leave with the story that suits you to explore yours.

And of course, memories to share and relive endlessly.
